Operations Manager

Valid through May 31, 2024

Job Description:

  • Represent the Company as the leader of the Operations department and supervise and control all projects.

  • Help management develop the Company's strategic direction and layout of operating procedures.

  • Research and recommend locations for new facilities to streamline the logistic strategy of the Company.

  • Oversee day-to-day construction operations and all existing construction projects of the Company.

  • Research and implement the latet technological innovations to elevate the competitiveness of the Company.

  • Help Project Managers under their supervision with the creation of accurate timelines of project completion, supervise progress, anticipate delays and apply any changes according to client's needs. Ensure that the project is completed within the forecasted deadline and budget.

  • Help establish policies, goals, and objectives of the Company.

  • Interpret project design and drawings and verify that completed work follows drawings and specifications.

  • Review progress reports and financial statements and analyze budget vs. actual numbers.

  • Set and manage client expectations, develop the project plan, define the scope of work, and create and assign team members to each specific task.

  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders. Understand and meet the client's requirements and attend the required meetings. Regularly meet with company Management to review the projects and make strategic decisions.

  • Supervise and verify periodic project cost analysis, budgets, and fee estimates by analyzing proposals and requirements.

  • Ensure that all technical aspects of the projects are correctly planned and implemented.

  • Oversee construction works to achieve targeted key performance indicators.

  • Ensure that the project complies with local, state, federal, and client regulations.

  • Have decision-making control on due diligence activities related to Network Operation, driving the Company's expansion throughout.

  • Meet with clients and set directions for project managers and supervisors.

  • Supervise estimates for the projects the Company is bidding and decide upon final bids to be presented.

  • Forecast potential costs of materials, personnel, and equipment.

  • Approve suppliers and subcontractors.

  • Gather, evaluate, and select all supplier, vendor, and subcontractor proposals.

  • Hire talent for high-level positions within the department.


Job Requirements:

  • BS degree in Civil Engineering.

  • MBA preferred.

  • 8+ years of experience in a position offered or related position.

  • Auto CAD experience. 

  • Excel proficiency.

Project Manager - Dallas, TX

Valid through October 31, 2024

Job Description

  • Responsible for managing construction projects.

  • Review project requirements and milestones and schedule projects in logical steps and budget time required to meet set deadlines.

  • Work and confer with client's managers as well as with project engineers, mechanical engineers, architects, financial & other profiles.

  • Closely follow project schedule and deal with any delays.

  • Supervise civil engineers, architects, superintendents, & laborers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineer or closely related.

  • 5 years experience in job offered or as General Manager, Project Manager, or closely related.

  • Approximately 40% of travel to client sites within the states of TX required.
